I've been applying to jobs recently and need a proper stack to not be able to absolutely shit myself if an interview comes up.
The last time I did an interview was in 2024 and the manager whom I knew, called me afterwards and said it was terrible and that I need to speak more and be more assertive. I could barely articulate myself and was focusing on trying not to fucking stutter and mumble instead of thinking of proper answers to their questions.
So, what stack (ideally with dosages) would do you recommend to be low inhib and perform well for a interview?
and is there anything I should specifically NOT take (like alcohol?)
