Body recomposition
Lose fat and gain muscle, ideal is 11-15% body fat. Anything below 11% is amazing but can be damaging to your hormones if you aren’t already naturally that low.
Train neck
workout neck at least 3x a week while in a lean caloric surplus.
Lie on a bench on your back and balance a dumbbell on your forehead. Do 5-20 reps to failure of neck curls for 2 sets. Repeat while lying on your stomach and curling your neck backwards.
The beauty quadrants
Since the start of human evolution, pretty much everyone subconsciously followed the beauty quadrants as they are the staple of human health and one o the many traits we share with animals. Take dogs for example, dogs nose breathe and keep perfect posture their entire lives, and hence their maxillae are perfectl forwardly grown. Pugs often mouth breathe due to genetic mutilation and hence their faces/maxilla are downgrown and flat.
The beauty quadrants consist of:
Nose breathing 24/7
When you breathe through your nose, your lips stay sealed, and your tongue naturally rests on the palate of your mouth - exerting a gentle constant outward and upward pressure on the maxilla. This pressure leads to the proper development of the nasal cavity and the nasal floor - which forms the roof of the mouth (wide and forwardly grown alveolar ridge). Nose breathing also contribute to a balanced muscle connection between the buccinator muscles in your cheek and your tongue; guiding the maxilla to expand wider and in the correct directior Nose breathing expands the sinuses and the cartilage surrounding is turned into bone through endocrinal ossification, creating more robustness.
Perfect posture 24/7 (lower back and neck)
Poor posture - slouching/sitting with your head forward, places strain on the sternocleidomastoid and digastric muscles, which pulls the jaw down and back. (recession, weak gonial angle) An easy fix for posture is to first be weary of it all the time, constantly check yourself to make sure your posture is adequate. Chin tucks (30 seconds, -5x a day) can help with subconscious next posture. Correcti lower back posture (sway back) is crucial for proper neck posture as the lower back aligns the ribcage and neck and causes the head to sit up right naturally, balancing on your shoulders.
Mewing 24/7
Self-explanatory and everyone knows about it - explained in the nose breathing section, when you mew there is a constant pressure on the maxilla which promotes proper forward and width growth.
Tongue rolling when swallowing
Very important and often discarded - similar to mewing, when you swallow make sure to chew evenly until your food is complete mush, and then without using any muscles in the face, press the food against the roof of your mouth and roll it bacl using the tongues muscles. You should not have any facial expression while you swallow.
Skincare guide
Dermatologist and tretinoin
If it’s available a dermatologist is essentially a hardmax for your skin. If you can get a dermatologist or source it otherwise, ask about tretinoin. Tret is way safer than Accutane but there is an irritation phase, and your skin will probably dry out/get irritated for the first few weeks before completely clearing up.
My skincare routine
AM:
Step in shower and wet face
Clean hands with soap
Cleanse face for 20 seconds, let it sit for 10 seconds
Wash out cleanser under showerhead
Step out of the shower and pat-dry face with paper towels
With dry hands and dry face, apply tinted spf50 on every area that gets exposed to sun
Don’t touch face for the rest of the day
PM:
Put hairband on to keep hair out of face
Clean hands with soap and warm water and let them air dry, not touching anything else
With dry hands and a dry face, apply a quarter sized amount of cleanser and rub in for 20 seconds, spreading evenly and gently (this gets rid of the layer of sunscreen)
Run a washcloth under warm water and ring it dry (wet but not dripping)
Rub cleanser off face with washcloth for 10-15 seconds evenly and gently
With wet hands and a wet face, apply a quarter sized amount of cleanser and rub in for 20 seconds evenly and gently (this is what cleanses your pores)
Run a separate washcloth under warm water and ring it dry (wet but not dripping)
Rub cleanser off for 15 seconds evenly and gently (let face air dry for 1-2 mins after)
Apply pea sized amount of moisturizer to face evenly and gently (let face air dry for 5 min)
Apply a pea sized amount of topical tretinoin evenly and gently to every part of face
(I use 0.05% tretinoin on my scarring and 0.025% on the rest of my face)
Products don’t really matter, just stick to one and stay consistent, if you’re skin isn’t “bad”, a clean diet is the biggest fix

Bone guide
Bone smashing and pressing after compound lifts
There’s no definitive science on bone smashing and while it is just a theory, bor pressing with spiked growth hormone may potentially work. As mentioned earl bones adapt to environmental strains and mechanical stress placed on them.
When you create microfractures in your skull through bone smashing, the osteoblast response that your brain releases only heals the bones to return to their original functional state. However, when bones experience mechanical stress, like lifting weights, your muscles pull and apply pressure on your bones, and Wolff’s law is far more stimulatory. When you combine Wollf’s Law with spi growth hormone, osteoblast activity is way higher.
How to bone press:
After finishing one of your compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) or sprinting, stand up straight with your head tilted at a 45-degree angle downwards. Press your knuckles into your zygos (or desired bone) and create an equal force betw your hands and your head, pushing against your knuckles and pushing against your head. Hold for 15-20 seconds, little irritation or pain should occur. Just like a muscle, bones get stronger based on the mechanical strains placed on them, so progressively overload the time that you spend bone pressing every other week (For example week 1=20 seconds, week 3=25 seconds) Combined with peptides and spiked g there is a chance that this could significantly increase bone mass with consistency. I still bonesmash for the temporary inflammation especially befor parties or social events. (+ aura if people ask you if you got into a fight)
Coloring guide
Melanotan2 (MT2)
Melanotan2 (MT2) is a peptide that stimulates melanogenesis (the process for turning skin pigmentation darker) secreted in the pituitary gland.
In short; MT2 makes you tanner.
The good part about MT2 is that it doesn’t make your hair blonder like natural sun tanning and you don’t have to bake in the sun during an extremely high UV while lathered in sunscreen.
My MT2 cycle for the perfect bronze/gold tan:
Day 1-5 (loading phase) - 500mcg at any point in the day
After day 5 - 250 mcg at any point in the day once every 3 days
Cycle for 3-4 weeks with leniency throughout doses. (If you’re getting too dark, dose smaller and less often, if you aren’t dark enough, dose larger and more often).
Protocol:
Get 10-20 minutes of direct sun exposure (no sunscreen) preferably early in the morning during the loading phase. This will significantly speed up the results and in my experience create a way more “healthy” looking tan.
After the loading phase is completed continue to get an adequate amount of sun exposure everyday with spf50.
Honorable mention:
Wear hats and hoods during the loading phase / first 2 weeks of cycle to keep your hair dark as your skin gets darker. Darker hair and darker skin gives off the effect that your skin naturally glows and is a cheat code to health indicators.
(People with tan skin look healthy, people with tan skin and blonde hair look like they tan).
The idea is to make the tan come off as effortless and completely unintentional.
Full Hair Protection Protocol
Oral: Dutasteride 0.5 mg/day (if not using DHT-derived steroids).
Topical: RU58841 5% (50mg/day) + Minoxidil 5% 2x/day.
Shampoo: Ketoconazole 2% 3x/week.
Support: Biotin, Microneedling (1.5mm weekly).
For mild cycles (Primo, Anavar):
& Finasteride 1 mg/day (if prone to hair loss) + Minoxidil.
Removing smile lines/under eye lines
Smile lines and under eye lines are generally caused by a loss of elasticity and collagen in the skin, which is why kids are way less prone to them and people who live naturally get them less often. Smoking, poor sleep, poor diet, chemicals, and exposure to unhygienic worldly factors that are out of our control all significantly make them worse, so for starters, try and get those in check.
What you need:
2 or 3 5mg vials of GhkCu
Vial of phosphate buffered saline/bacteriostatic water
100 unit ultra fine tip short needle syringes
Reconstitution needle
Protocol
Essentially we’re gonna follow everything mentioned in # unknown, same doses, same injection time, same cycle
Cleanse your face and wait for it to air dry
Sterilize area of injection with alcohol wipe and wait for it to air dry
Draw back 150mcg on your syringe, (pulling it to the 15 tick if you reconstituted with 5mL of BAC water/ PBS)
Slightly insert the needle just under the skin into the desired smile line/under eye line
Slowly inject 50mcg of GhkCu (5 ticks on the syringe)
Repeat this 3x on each smile line / under eye line, keeping each injection about 3-5cm from each other
Use a different needle for under eye injections and stay a solid 5-10cm from your eye, don’t inject towards inner canthus lines, the closer you get to the eye, the riskier
Gently moisturize 15-20 minutes afterwards, and do not touch the areas of injection
Apply vitamin c serum in the morning before spf50

Pretty self explanatory, the farthest step you could take in terms of your ascension (height, bone mass, FWHR, frame, physique)
Roids also come with a lot of side effects so I’m praying you don’t run into this like an idiot and do days of research.
Unfortunately I can’t explain too much about them due to the legality of the subject and the fact that this is not advice, just entirely theory as to what would work.
Best cycle for bone and height growth
150-300mg Testosterone Enanthate 2x a week

Cycles
Run everything for 16 weeks straight, as soon as you pin test your natural production will shut down so its vital to get your bloodwork done before, (test, LH, FSH, e2) during, and after. If any markers show up or anything is off beforehand, like a high e2 conversion rate, its better safe than sorry to not go through with the cycle or to take extra precautionary steps in order to mitigate side effects, like taking an aromatase inhibitor or upping the dosage of that Al if you start to get estrogenic sides.
How to get the most out of your cycle
Running these compounds on their own will already do loads for your ascension but here’s how you can juice out of every benefit possible.
8 hours of sleep
training 6x a week
Clean, whole foods diet (especially if on HGH)
Beef jerky all day everyday
Bone smashing and massage gun on bones
8 hours of sleep - no explanation needed, optimal for recovery and vital for the function of your hormones and health indicators
Training ox a week - your body is going to be putting on size a lot faster so 2-3 rest days is not needed. I’d personally run PPL rest PPL but you can do ULUL rest UL. Make sure you keep your rep ranges in between 8-12 to failure because your muscles are going to get stronger a lot faster than your joints and you of course want to mitigate injuries.
A whole foods diet - Not only important for your health indicators which will begin to lack on cycle due to bloating and fluctuation of hormones but also important for your blood glucose and avoiding hyperglycemia on HGH. Avoiding processed foods and refined sugars/carbs is the easiest way to make sure you’re as healthy as possible but as long as you hit your micronutrients and take your berbine or metaformin there isn’t much to worry about.
