I've been inactive making proper surgery plans to hardmaxx to gandy heaven.

I'm flying to another country to get a consult (they couldn't do it online). It will cost like 1k$+ just for consult which is stupid but I can't change that.

It's for a modified trimax and facial implants, but the specific combo needed a rare surgeon. Hopefully they can do it (so I don't waste my money)
