I think pharmacology can intevene and diet is only a % of what impacts your health. Saying that if you are missing essential building structures such as minerals or vitamins then your body has no way of using them as they aren't in your body. IMO if you ate a small amount of grass fed beef liver you could eat basically anything else unless it impacted mineral absorption and you could attenuate most/any downsides with pharmacological intervention

Most goyfood is fortified with the lacking vitamins/minerals. If you ate the actual product without anything adding in you would die after a sustained period of eating. Deficiency as per the CDC is really a bare minimum. For example for vitamin D a "good" amount is 800 IU yet 10,000IU+ is highly beneficial for multiple disorders or viruses. There tend to be two shitty diets, one that contains animal products but then lots of refined carbs, PUFAs and Advanced Glycation Endproducts. For these people they can induce poor health but they are unlikely to have a major deficiency in something. Then there is the person who has no animal products and a lot of vegetables.
